Site 21 is an open RV lot with an open grassy area behind the lot for easy access. Extended concrete and brick

Patio is 30'L X 13W with picnic table. RV parking pad is 38' L x 10' W to accommodate large rigs. Extended double concrete driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles. Use of shed is not included. Extra parking at clubhouse if needed. Full hook-ups include 50/30/20 amp/water/sewer and park wide Wifi. Chassa Oaks RV Resort is a small (39 lots), friendly social group of owners and renters getting together for potluck dinners, cards, games, puzzles and crafts. Amenities include clubhouse with full kitchen, laundry, screened year round heated pool, fitness room, 2 large screen TV's, one for cable TV viewing, the other dedicated to Wii gaming. We also have very clean showers and restrooms. Area amenities include: Homosassa Wildlife Park (5 Miles); Weeki Wachee Park (15 miles); Natural springs, kayaking, boat launch, fishing, diving and golf all within a 2-3 mile radius.. Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, Dollar General, Subway and gas station within 2 miles. Week-end Flea market, Walmart and Health care facilities are within 5 miles. Crystal River is 15 miles to the north and offers many restaurants, fishing, scalloping (seasonal), beautiful springs, small Gulfside beach with dock. Tampa is 1 hour south, toll expressway all the way.
